What To Expect

Please be prepared to review your medical history, current symptoms, prior injuries and any medications you are taking. Having this information available helps our doctors better understand your concerns and provide a thorough, personalized evaluation. Our goal is to make your first visit comfortable, informative and straightforward.

What To Bring

Please bring your driver’s license or photo ID, along with any relevant medical records, imaging reports or information that may be helpful for your visit. If you have questions before your appointment, please call our office at 610-789-1800.

You can save time by downloading our Intake Forms, which you can complete and print prior to visiting our office. Be sure to bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.

Dr. Klein is an excellent listener and I feel better than I have in over 15 years. I am excited to continue my treatment. His staff are kind multilingual and professional. This office is really full of special people. I have done chiropractic care before but this is a very unique experience and I am very grateful for the team of professionals at Everybody's Chiropractic.
